Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at rielvip.com, submitting a booking request, or using any services provided by Riel Limo LLC (“RielVIP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Riel Limo LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of California.

RielVIP provides professional transportation and rideshare services including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

Booking and Reservations

a. Booking Process

All bookings are submitted through our online booking form at rielvip.com. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from RielVIP via email.

b. Booking Status

Upon submission, your booking will be marked as Pending while our team reviews the details. You will be notified by email once your booking is Confirmed and a driver has been assigned.

c. Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information including pickup location, dropoff location, date, time, number of passengers, and any special requirements. RielVIP is not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

d. Flight Information

For airport transfer bookings, you are required to provide your flight number. RielVIP will monitor your flight status and adjust pickup timing accordingly where possible. However, we cannot guarantee accommodations for significantly delayed or cancelled flights beyond a reasonable grace period.

Payment

a. Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Pricing is calculated based on distance, vehicle type, service type, and applicable add-ons (airport fees, car seat fees, Meet & Greet fees, etc.). The total amount is displayed before you submit your booking.

b. Payment Processing

Payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure third-party payment processor. By submitting your payment information, you authorize RielVIP to charge the total amount shown for your booking.

c. Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your booking will not be confirmed. You may attempt to rebook with a valid payment method.

d. Pricing Changes

RielVIP reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made are eligible for a 40% refund.

b. No-Shows

If a customer is not present at the designated pickup location within the grace period and cannot be reached, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

c. Grace Period

RielVIP drivers will wait at the pickup location for a reasonable grace period. For standard pickups this is up to 15 minutes past the scheduled time. For airport arrivals, the grace period begins when the flight lands and the passenger has cleared baggage claim, as monitored by the driver.

d. RielVIP Cancellations

In the rare event that RielVIP must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, severe weather, etc.), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a full refund. RielVIP is not liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from such cancellations.

Passenger Conduct

a. Behavior

All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during their ride. RielVIP reserves the right to terminate a ride without refund if a passenger engages in:

The number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the booked vehicle. Drivers are authorized to refuse boarding to excess passengers for safety and legal compliance.

c. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. RielVIP is not liable for lost, damaged, or forgotten items. If you believe you have left an item in a vehicle, please contact us at info@rielvip.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in its recovery.

d. Prohibited Items

Passengers may not transport illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or any items that violate local, state, or federal law.

Vehicle and Driver

a. Vehicle Assignment

RielVIP will assign an appropriate vehicle based on your booking details. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater capacity if the originally assigned vehicle becomes unavailable.

b. Driver Assignment

Drivers are independent contractors or employees of Riel Limo LLC. All drivers are vetted, licensed, and insured in accordance with California state requirements.

c. Plate Number

Upon starting your ride, you will be notified of your driver’s name and vehicle plate number via email. Please verify this information before boarding for your safety.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive SMS text messages from RielVIP via Twilio, our third-party messaging provider. These messages may include booking confirmations, driver updates, and trip notifications.

Limitation of Liability

a. General

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Riel Limo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

b. Service Delays

RielVIP is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

c. Maximum Liability

In no event shall RielVIP’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Riel Limo LLC, its officers, employees, drivers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Intellectual Property

All content on rielvip.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is the property of Riel Limo LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at rielvip.com/privacy-policy to understand our practices.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of RielVIP services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

RielVIP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
